Our free delivery service is via Royal Mail's recorded (Signed For) 1st class service. Any piece of jewellery ordered, that is over £200, will be upgraded to Special Delivery free of charge. If you have a tight deadline and would prefer us to post out a piece that is less than £200 via Special Delivery for your piece of mind then you can opt to add this to your order for an additional cost of £7.50. Please purchase separate Special Delivery for each maker you have ordered from, as our jewellery comes from different workshops around the UK. Purchase Special Delivery HERE. We currently delivery to Australia, USA and Canada, but if you'd like us to deliver anywhere else we will happily add your country. Our international delivery is via the Royal Mail's 'International Tracked and Signed' Service. It takes 5-7 working days to get to you, which mean you should allow at least an additional week on top of our displayed delivery promise. We are currently noticing additional delays to Eire, where our parcels are held in customs for sometimes 3/4 weeks. Please bear this in mind if you are ordering for delivery to Eire or addresses outside of the UK.
