This is a sophisticated and timeless pair of handmade silver oxidised earrings. an exquisite textured wing curves gently around the face, dark with flashes of gold. The gold is layered onto silver with an ancient technique called Keum-Boo, the gold is fused onto the silver, which is then treated to go dark, leaving the gold glinting against the blackened silver. A dark freshwater pearl finishes the drop. Feminine and elegant, a modern classic in contemporary jewellery and a beautiful gift.

Made from 

These handmade silver and gold earrings is made initially in silver and then 24ct gold is fused to the surface of the silver creating a beautiful contrast, using a handmade process called Kuem Boo. They are finished off with a creamy freshwater pearl and hung on sleek sterling silver hooks.
