Traditional Pearl Knotting Workshop with Diane Fennell

Join us this October for a hands-on pearl stringing and knotting workshop with the wonderful Diane Fennell, where you'll learn traditional techniques to give your handmade jewellery a beautifully professional finish. You can make a bracelet or a single strand pearl necklace.

During the workshop, Diane will demonstrate how to use wire guardians and French wire to protect and strengthen your designs, as well as how to securely attach clasps using crimp tubes and crimp covers. She'll also explore different methods of pearl knotting and introduce a selection of helpful beading tools and "helping hands" that can make stringing and finishing easier and more enjoyable.

Whether you're new to knotting or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with a wealth of practical tips, traditional techniques, and the confidence to create jewellery that's both beautiful and built to last.
