This elegant little heart necklace has a floral print and can be personalised with an initial of your choice. There are two charms on the sterling silver chain; a small, floral print heart and then a tiny heart with your chosen initial printed in the centre.

Hand crafted in the Welsh countryside, this necklace is inspired by the beautiful flora that surrounds Elin's jewellery studio.
