Special Delivery for Emma White jewellery

Would you like to add Special Delivery to your jewellery order?

This would ordinarily speed up your delivery by just 1/2 days because we still need time to make your order up. However currently the 'normal' post is travelling slowly and so we are now seeing Special Delivery travelling much faster.

We are finding that Special Delivery is, at the moment, a much more reliable service than our usual '1st class Signed For' service.

Please note the following:

If you have bought 1 item, which costs more than £200 we will automatically upgrade your order to Special Delivery, there is no need to pay for it.

If you have spent more than £200 with one Jewellery Maker, that maker will automatically upgrade your order to Special Delivery, there is no need to pay for it.

However our parcels come straight from each Jewellery Maker's bench...

Our Jewellery Makers are based all over the UK and send their jewellery to you directly. This means that if your order is made up of jewellery from different makers, paying for Special Delivery will only cover one of your parcels. You will need to purchase Special Delivery for each maker. Please know we do not make any money from this, it just enables us to post your parcels with a different service.

We are very reliant on Royal Mail to get your parcel to you on time, we are getting our orders out to you within a few days to try to compensate for the slowing of the service, please get your orders in as soon as you can to allow enough time for them to land with you safely!
